We have just found out my wife is pregnant and I was wondering, as her back is sore (has been on and off since the birth of our first), is it safe to use one of those electric back massagers??
It is one of those hand held ones.
Any advise is helpful.

I am designing a pin joint to support a RHS beam.
From books (Steel Designers' Handbook 8.10.2) I have calculations for the required wall thickness, pin diameter and area around the hole for a simple pin joint.
I want to use a bronze bushing between the pin and the hole. How do I calculate the minimum wall thickness of the bronze bushing?
The bushing is to reduce friction when the beam pivots about the pin. It will also provide protection against galvanic corrosion.
The beam is only pivoted when not under load. I want a compromise between load carrying capability and wear resistance. The book I am using refers heavily to Australian Standards. I was wondering if there are any industry references or requirements on the bushing wall thickness as it relates to AS, BS or ISO standards or accepted industry norms or calculations.

Just heard it around a lot while surfing the makup part of this site. But, I was wondering, is it better than real bush (you know, the pink kind)? Cause without makeup, my face is really pale and sometimes it has a pinkish tint to it, which I really hate...but it's always been this way. I've never really cared about it until now...because I'm in eighth grade and I wanna look my best! lol...so would bronzing blush help for my needs? Also, if so, what brand would you recommend?
Thanks in advance!!!!
Also, do you think the bronze blush would help make my face look more richer and not so pale and pinkish? Cause I think when I put the red blush on, it really brings out the red in my face....which I majorly dislike. lol
